Orders & Payment
Approved account holders can access the private catalog, select available research-use products, add them to the cart, and complete checkout through the website.
Yes. Carolina Research Compounds offers research volume savings on eligible products.
Current volume savings are applied by product quantity:
- 4–5 vials: 10% off
- 6–9 vials: 15% off
- 10+ vials: 20% off
For variable products, different vial sizes of the same product may count together toward the volume discount. Different products do not combine toward the same discount tier.
Discounts are calculated automatically in the cart when eligible quantities are added.
Order changes are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
This includes changes to products, quantities, shipping address, billing address, payment method, or discount application.
If a change is needed, contact support as quickly as possible before fulfillment begins.
An order may be placed on hold while payment is pending, while order details are reviewed, or while fulfillment is being prepared.
If direct bank transfer is used, the order may remain on hold until payment is received and confirmed.

Shipping & Fulfillment
Backordered products are items that are temporarily out of stock but still available to order. When a product is marked as available on backorder, customers may place an order before inventory is fully restocked.
Eligible backordered items may receive a 10% backorder savings discount while the item is marked as available on backorder. Backorder savings are applied automatically in the cart or checkout when the item qualifies.
Backorder savings cannot be combined with volume savings, coupon codes, or other promotional discounts unless expressly stated.
Backordered items may take approximately 4–6 weeks to fulfill, depending on inventory availability, supplier timing, testing, release, and fulfillment requirements. Estimated availability or fulfillment dates are not guaranteed.
Fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment confirmation, and internal order review.
In-stock products are generally processed faster than backordered or delayed-fulfillment items.
