Refund and Returns Policy
This policy explains how Carolina Research Compounds handles approved refunds, returns, cancellations, damaged or missing items, and store-credit resolutions.

Store Credit Only
Effective immediately, all approved refunds are issued exclusively as store credit. Cash, card, or original-payment-method refunds will not be issued except where required by applicable law.
All approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
Store credit may be delivered as a unique coupon code by email and may be redeemed on a future order at Carolina Research Compounds.
Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated at the time it is issued.
Store credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, card refund, or original-payment-method refund.
Once an order has been submitted, changes are not guaranteed.
This includes changes to items, quantities, shipping address, billing address, payment method, coupon application, or discount application.
If a change is required, the order must be canceled before fulfillment begins, where eligible, and a new order must be placed.
Carolina Research Compounds is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Returns are accepted only for products that remain unused, unopened, and factory-sealed.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Store credit is issued after the returned items are received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 10% administrative and restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Any order issue, including damaged, missing, or incorrect items, must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Customers must retain all packaging, shipping materials, and product containers until the issue has been reviewed.
Verified order issues may be resolved with a replacement shipment or store credit at the discretion of Carolina Research Compounds.
Failure to report an issue within 7 days may result in denial of the claim.
Shipping-related claims are also subject to the Shipping Policy.
Cancellations are only accepted before fulfillment begins.
Once fulfillment has started, the order is final and cannot be canceled.
If an eligible cancellation is approved while the order is still processing, the balance may be issued as store credit.
Store credit may be used toward future purchases through Carolina Research Compounds.
Some products may remain available for purchase even when current stock is zero. These items may be processed as backordered, delayed-fulfillment, or long-lead products.
Eligible backordered items may receive a 10% backorder savings discount while marked available on backorder. Backorder savings are applied automatically in the cart or checkout when eligible.
Backorder savings cannot be combined with volume savings, coupon codes, or other promotional discounts unless expressly stated.
By ordering a backordered or delayed-fulfillment item, the customer understands that fulfillment may take longer than standard in-stock items. Backordered items may take approximately 4–6 weeks to fulfill, depending on inventory availability, supplier timing, testing, release, and fulfillment requirements.
Estimated fulfillment dates are not guaranteed.
Approved cancellation requests for delayed-fulfillment items may be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law.
Carolina Research Compounds stands behind the quality and handling standards of its research-use products.
Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation, photographs, order details, product lot information, and handling information.
Replacement or credit requests may be denied if the product has been opened, mishandled, improperly stored, reconstituted incorrectly, contaminated, altered, or used outside the stated research-use purpose.
Carolina Research Compounds does not offer compensation, refund, store credit, or replacement based on subjective research outcomes, experimental results, or perceived efficacy.
All products sold by Carolina Research Compounds are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research and analytical applications.
Products are not intended for human use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food use, cosmetic use, household use, or any non-research purpose.
Refunds, store credits, returns, cancellations, or replacement requests may be denied if Carolina Research Compounds determines that the product was used, handled, requested, or discussed in a manner inconsistent with the stated research-use purpose.
By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund and Returns Policy.
Carolina Research Compounds reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Continued use of the website after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
