All products shipped by Carolina Research Compounds are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research and analytical applications only. Products are not intended for human use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food use, cosmetic use, household use, or any non-research purpose.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or immediate fulfillment.
Orders may be reviewed before processing or shipment for payment confirmation, account eligibility, researcher affiliation, research-use acknowledgment, inventory availability, shipping information, fraud risk, chargeback risk, regulatory concerns, or other compliance-related factors.
Carolina Research Compounds reserves the right to hold, delay, cancel, limit, or refuse any order when additional review is required.
Order processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment confirmation, internal order review, batch release, and fulfillment requirements.
In-stock products are generally processed faster than backordered or delayed-fulfillment items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If an order is returned, refused, canceled after fulfillment has begun, delayed due to incorrect customer information, or otherwise affected by customer-provided shipping issues, shipping charges may not be refunded or credited.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Carolina Research Compounds is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.
If a shipping address must be changed after an order has been submitted, contact support immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
When tracking information is available, it may be provided by email, order notification, or through the customer account/order area.
Customers may review order status and shipment details from their account dashboard when available.
For tracking assistance, contact support and include the order number.
Some products may remain available for purchase even when current stock is zero. These items may be processed as backordered, delayed-fulfillment, or long-lead products.
Eligible backordered items may receive a 10% backorder savings discount while marked available on backorder. Backorder savings are applied automatically in the cart or checkout when eligible.
Backorder savings cannot be combined with volume savings, coupon codes, or other promotional discounts unless expressly stated.
Backordered items may take approximately 4–6 weeks to fulfill, depending on inventory availability, supplier timing, testing, release, and fulfillment requirements.
Estimated availability or fulfillment dates are not guaranteed.
Carolina Research Compounds reserves the right to fulfill available products separately from backordered products or to hold the order until all products are available, depending on the order details and fulfillment requirements.
Carolina Research Compounds is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, incorrect shipping information, delivery disruptions, force majeure events, or events outside our reasonable control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, front office, building office, neighbors, and local carrier office.
Carolina Research Compounds is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or marked delivered by the carrier unless package protection applies or otherwise required by law.
If package protection is offered at checkout and selected by the customer, coverage may be subject to the package protection terms provided at checkout.
Any issue involving damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Customers must retain all packaging, shipping materials, product containers, labels, and order materials until the issue has been reviewed.
Carolina Research Compounds may request photographs, order details, product lot information, shipping materials, and other supporting documentation before reviewing a claim.
Verified order issues may be resolved with a replacement shipment or store credit at the discretion of Carolina Research Compounds.
Failure to report an issue within 7 days may result in denial of the claim.
At this time, Carolina Research Compounds primarily supports U.S.-based orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Shipping availability may vary based on destination, carrier availability, regulatory restrictions, compliance requirements, and internal order review.
Carolina Research Compounds reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped to a destination safely, lawfully, or in accordance with company policy.
Customers must contact Carolina Research Compounds before sending any item back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Returns, cancellations, store credits, replacements, and damaged/missing-item claims are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy.
